Before you give your handset to repair shop or buy new handset please try the following instruction to repair your device.

First charge your battery more then 80%, Backup up your important data like contact,images,videos,message,emails etc.And remove your sim card and memorry card.

After done hard reset it's not possible to recover your data.

Backup shuld be done on a external device , Like memorry card /hard disc.

Press And Hold Volume Up+Power Key.
Now Android recover logo Apear.
Select Wipe data Factory Reset With Volume Down And press Power Key To Confirm.
Now Select yes. Delite All User Data And Press Power key To Confirm.
now reboot Device Device.
Now You Have Successfully Done Your Hard Reset.
