Before you give your handset to repair shop or buy new handset please try the following instruction to repair your device.

First charge your battery more then 80%, Backup up your important data like contact,images,videos,message,emails etc.And remove your sim card and memorry card.

After done hard reset it's not possible to recover your data.

Backup shuld be done on a external device , Like memorry card /hard disc.

1. Power Off Your Phone.

2.Take The Battery Out For 10-15 Sec.

3. Re Insert Battery.

4.Press Hold This Button Combo:-Volume-up+Volume-down+Power. Until You Get A Black Screen With Two Option With It.

5.Now Press The Volume Up Button For the Last time To Enter Into Recovery Mode.

6.After you Press The Volume Up Button Wait 5 sec & Press The Home Button. You Will get List  Of Option.

7.Now find The Wipe data /Factory Reset" Option ,Use Volume Button To Chose It & Then Press The Menu Button (Left) To select It. You Will Be Asked To Confirm It by Pressing Yes,So Do It.

8. When Done Select "Reboot System Now" Option From Main Menu.
