Before you give your handset to repair shop or buy new handset please try the following instruction to repair your device.

First charge your battery more then 80%, Backup up your important data like contact,images,videos,message,emails etc.And remove your sim card and memorry card.

After done hard reset it's not possible to recover your data.

Backup shuld be done on a external device , Like memorry card /hard disc.

1.Press And Hold Volume Up+Volume Down+Power Key.

2.You will See Two Option. Press Volume Up For Recovery.

3.Select Wipe data/Factory Reset LONG PRESS Volume UP Key To Enter.

4.Now Select Yes With LONG PRESS VOLUME UP Key.

5.Now Reboot Device
