In Nokia Lumia 510 Power Button is something that can easily be damaged. If user presses a little more pressure on the power button than it needs he can damage the power button of the mobile phone along with the prints the power button is soldered on.
I have marked the full power button ways in the diagram below just in case you need it but normally making the jumper to the first possible point will solve your problem. Only advance if the first point is also damaged. For example if the positive point of the power button is damaged all your have to is make a jumper from it to the VR3701 and you will be good to go. But if by any chance VR3701 is also damaged then you can move on and make the jumper to C3701 and so on.
